Format and printing

One three-page PDF, US Letter portrait only. It is not fillable or editable and is not an automatic calculator, spreadsheet or inventory app. Print at Actual size / 100%; cut only the tote-card page. A PDF reader and printer are needed for intended use. There is no A4 version.

Using it for larger batches

Print fresh blank sets and give each batch a unique Set ID. Keep one item row when splitting stock across totes; count each unit once. The included space is deliberately bounded—five item rows, four tote cards and five reset tasks per set.

Delivery and permitted use

Etsy provides the PDF through its digital-download process after payment confirmation. Personal and internal-business use are included. Do not resell or redistribute the file.
